Your Opportunity As an AI Engineer, you will be a key player in a dynamic team, driving the development and deployment of AI solutions across the firm. This role will require you to leverage your unique blend of software engineering skills and knowledge of AI principles to create robust, scalable AI systems that align with business objectives. The role includes: Developing and implementing AI solutions, translating business requirements into viable technical solutions. Collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and AI capabilities. Building and maintaining AI models and infrastructures, while effectively communicating design principles and strategic choices to stakeholders. Conducting research into appropriate technologies and patterns to find the best technology solution among all possible to solve the business problem. Evaluating emerging AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and frameworks to strengthen our tech stack and maintain a competitive edge. Ensuring compliance with data governance, security standards, and privacy laws in the creation of AI-centric solutions. Contributing to the development of AI architectural standards and best practises for the organisation. Sharing your knowledge of AI best practices and implementation. Developing AI software in line with technological trends and business strategy, ensuring a forward-looking perspective on how AI can drive business outcomes. How are you extraordinary? You are able le to build relationships quickly with many different stakeholders. You are articulate and intelligent, with solid communication skills. You have a proven ability to work autonomously, dealing with conflicting priorities and monitoring own workload in a timely and effective manner. You have deep knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and related technologies, with a strong foundation in AI principles and applications. Your Experience Proficient with AI platforms and services from major cloud providers like Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, including AI-specific tools and frameworks such as LangChain, PromptFlow, Semantic Kernel or similar. Demonstrates programming skills relevant to AI, such as Python and Scala, as well as familiarity with AI libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Experienced in applying and staying up to date with best practices in Generative AI Prompt Engineering techniques. Has an in-depth understanding of data structures, data modelling, and software architecture pertinent to AI systems, with the ability to tackle complex system integration issues. Is knowledgeable in ethical AI practices, bias mitigation, and explainable AI, ensuring solutions are transparent, fair, and equitable. Can articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, facilitating clear communication between AI experts and business stakeholders.
