Position Overview: We're seeking an enthusiastic Structural Engineer, ideally Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), to join our client's dynamic team. Collaborating closely with our Senior Structural Engineer, you'll oversee and mentor junior staff to ensure project delivery meets our high standards. Responsibilities: Provide mentorship to junior structural engineers. Collaborate with the senior engineer to manage workload and project timelines. Utilize expertise in cold-formed steel for project design. Contribute to business growth through project development and client interactions. Essential Criteria: RPEQ registration is mandatory. Minimum 7 years of Structural Engineering experience. Proficiency in cold-formed steel design. Demonstrated ability in mentoring junior staff and managing projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptability to a dynamic work environment. Additional Information: Multiple candidates considered due to business expansion.
