Reporting into the Engineer Manager, the essence of the Applications Engineer role is the provision of sound technical advice to the business and relevant stakeholders, analysis and problem solving and administrative support to the organisation. This role will allow you to leverage your gained experience within Industrial Engineering to support the manager through the full customer and product life cycle. This role includes, but limited to preparing cost estimations, designs and routings for quotes, managing product testing and verification and assisting with the analysis and reporting of Customer Returns. To be successful in this role you’ll have demonstrated experience & proficiency using Inventor, CAD, Unigraphics and/or Solid Work. You will also be proficient with SAP and Excel and possess the ability to make good decisions and deliver under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring quality output.
