We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled NV2 Cleared Citrix Engineer About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled NV2 Cleared Citrix Engineer to join our team in Canberra on a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Citrix environments, ensuring optimal performance and security. This role requires a professional with a deep understanding of Citrix technologies and a proven track record in a similar position within a highly secure environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and manage Citrix solutions, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and Citrix Cloud. Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and patches to Citrix environments. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions to ensure high availability and performance. Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure Citrix solutions are secure and compliant with organizational policies. Develop and maintain documentation for Citrix infrastructure, configurations, and procedures. Provide expert-level support and guidance to end-users and IT teams. Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing for Citrix environments. Stay updated with the latest Citrix technologies and best practices to continually improve the environment. Requirements: Active NV2 security clearance is mandatory. Proven experience as a Citrix Engineer or similar role. In-depth knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), Citrix Cloud, and related technologies. Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking concepts. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relevant Citrix certifications (e.g., CCP-V, CCE-V) are highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a government or highly secure environment.
