The Opportunity: We have an excellent opportunity for a Systems Engineer to join our Information Technology team. This role is focused on engineering and administration of critical systems infrastructure including the definition, development, design, integration, and implementation of technical services for a domain area. We are looking for a hard-working, reliable and motivated individual to join a dynamic team where you can establish positive working relationships with your immediate peers and the wider company. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsible for managing and administering the following technologies: Microsoft Exchange Online, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, Defender, Azure, Citrix Cloud, and Citrix NetScaler Deploy, install, integrate, maintain, and administer systems including hardware, software, and configurations. Lead the planning, life-cycle management, and development for systems. Monitor overall performance to proactively identify potential issues and tune or improve environment appropriately. Perform routine risk assessments for infrastructure systems and service levels. Regularly explore ways to scale, automate, and make service delivery more efficient. Create and maintain technical documentation on designs, engineering procedures, and implementation or operational work products. Work with others to establish and improve processes and procedures. Serve as liaison with other teams, vendors, consultants, and customer groups. To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: Tertiary qualification in computer science or other related field, or experience of such kind and amount as to provide a comparable background. Multiple advanced level industry technical certifications desirable. Possess an advanced to comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. Ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision. Be able to handle majority of technical issues and work constraints. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
