Management and mentorship opportunities. Roles and Responsibilities: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for client issues, primarily through the helpdesk. Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects as needed. Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex hardware and software issues. Escalate issues to higher levels of support when necessary, ensuring proper resolution. Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system. Develop and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Monitor and manage client IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security. Train and mentor junior helpdesk staff. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Role Requirements: Proven experience in a similar L3 support role within the IT industry. Strong technical background with expertise in a wide range of IT systems and technologies. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using helpdesk and IT service management tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Strong team player with a positive attitude. Clean driver's license. Ability to obtain a clean police clearance. Technical Requirements: Network Administration (Routers, Switches, WAN, LAN). Firewall implementation experience (Fortinet, Meraki). Virtual Servers experience (VMWare, Hyper-V, ESXi). Microsoft 365 experience (migrations, deployments). SharePoint experience (migrations, deployments). Cloud experience (Azure). Disaster Recovery experience (Veeam, Datto). Deep understanding of Windows Servers (2016/2019/2022). Experience with M365, AD, Azure AD. Experience with HaloPSA. Certifications are highly regarded (CCNA, AZ-900, MS-900, etc.).
