The ServiceNow Engineering team deliver projects and manage technical backlogs. Success in this role is underpinned by a strong technical knowledge and an unwavering commitment to crafting elegant solutions. Engage with project teams including customer stakeholders to produce high quality detailed design documentation Provide expertise and recommendations to improve existing designs Provide subject matter knowledge on ServiceNow Product and accurately explain core system functionality, modules capability, configuration options and the boundaries beyond which customisation is required for specific application suites. Be able to identify 'best fit' solution options for customer requirements with regard to product functionality.
