As a Systems Engineer, you will be part of the Modern Workplace team providing better products and services to enable mobility and flexibility for our members to work from anywhere and anytime. Bring your technical experience in End User Compute (EUC). Provide third level support across desktop and endpoint computing hardware and software environment. Work with Microsoft Modern Management suite including Endpoint Manager, Intune, Autopilot and Desktop Analytics. Manage SOE Image and Application Packaging services, solutions and support project work using SCCM, MSI, MDT. Leverage best practices to deliver efficient end user services and advanced desktop support issues. Strong skills in desktop optimisation, end point management and asset lifecycle management. Your duties will include: Plan and facilitate patching for security and version releases. Manage, maintain and lifecycle of the Windows desktop image. Manage and maintain the Microsoft End Point Management including SCCM environment. Create and maintain a contemporary Modern Workplace environment to enable and improve end user experience.
