Collaborating with external vendors, you will play a crucial part in ensuring consistent service delivery, optimal security measures, and peak performance. About you You have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role where you developed expertise in network configurations plus firewall and security deployment. You are skilled in complex problem-solving, with a track record of providing innovative solutions in challenging IT landscapes. Self-driven yet collaborative nature, you have outstanding organisational abilities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport and develop effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders. The techy bits You have: Fluency in cloud solutions including Office 365, Azure, Cloud Networking, Cloud Security, Backup Solutions, and Cloud Management Skills in Microsoft Intune, Windows operating systems, SQL database, VMWare/Hyper-V virtualization, Active Directory, DNS, Clusters and SharePoint Experience in managing end-user computing, telecommunications, messaging, video conferencing, system load balancing, performance optimization, malware protection, backup processes, and recovery protocols Practical knowledge in OSI model applications, from cabling (Layer 1) to switching (Layer 2) End-to-end maintenance proficiency for LAN setups Why VMCH?
