The Opportunity As part of established structural team, you will manage your own design projects, attend meetings, and manage existing client relationships, whilst also providing mentoring and technical support to the structures group. You will be able to assist with training and developing the team, support the senior engineering and management team with design reviews and overall, contribute to the quality and ongoing success of the group. This is a genuine opportunity, within a 'less-political' engineering environment where you will be valued for your technical design skills, not your contacts.
