You: As a Junior FPGA Engineer you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge video technology. You will get to work on designing, implementing, and optimising FPGA-based solutions to support various video processing tasks and work alongside their already established engineering team. Key Responsibilities Include: Implementing FPGA-based solutions for video encoding, decoding, transcoding, and streaming. Optimising FPGA designs for performance, power efficiency, and real-time processing requirements. Working on Interface FPGAs with video input/output interfaces (e.g., HDMI, DisplayPort, SDI) and integrate with video processing pipelines. Requirements Include: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. An understanding of FPGA design using Verilog or VHDL, as well as FPGA development tools (e.g., Xilinx Vivado, Intel Quartus) would be nice to have. Software scripting preferred but not essential. An approach to problem solving with an ‘Engineering’ mindset. Wanting to progress into a design role in the future. Enthusiastic with an excellent attitude. Min. 1 year commercial experience in FPGA design preferred but not essential. What Next?
