Are you a result orientated Engineer with a passion for optimizing processes? We’re seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our client’s team to ensure their production runs smoothly and efficiently. Our client is an Australian industry leader in HVAC ductwork manufacturing with automated machinery, innovative technology and streamlined systems to supply their Tier 1 construction clients with high volume industrial and commercial project requirements. You’ll leverage your knowledge of Lean Manufacturing to identify and implement improvements throughout their manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Analyse and improve current manufacturing procedures Design and implement new SOPs Identify areas of improvement and opportunities for waste reduction Troubleshoot and resolve production issues Develop and maintain production documentation Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs as required Collaborate with cross functional teams (engineering, quality control and production) Essential Criteria Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Manufacturing or a related field Industrial, Mechanical or Continuous Improvement Engineering background ideal Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles Experience with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ducting or metal manufacturing preferred Proficient in AUTOCAD or similar engineering software preferred Unrestricted working rights in Australia What’s on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package ranging from $80,000 - $120,000 plus superannuation Opportunity to make a real impact on an established and growing business State-of-the-art-facility Lunches and morning tea supplied daily Massage therapist comes in weekly for all staff Games room include table tennis and pool tables Onsite gym Massage chairs and sleeping pods Farm fresh eggs supply for staff Hours: Mon to Fri 6:00am - 3.30pm OR 7:00am - 4.30pm, plus a regular RDO, and overtime as required Location: Wetherill Park NSW 2164 This opportunity is not to be missed We are currently considering candidates with a range of experience and the potential to make a significant impact within the business.
