Our client is a leading Australian professional services company that is now looking for an experienced Senior Bridge Engineer to join their growing Structural Engineering and Assets team in Sydney or Adelaide. In this role, you will have a strong focus on managing projects, supporting project teams to achieve the best results of small and large projects. Role Responsibilities Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Delivering design packages for medium sized projects, providing leadership and technical advice to project team members; Assisting the asset team in inspections and asset management framework tasks; Working closely with the team to manage programs and budget for the projects both locally and interstate based Building and managing client relationships through effective and business development. Your Background As the ideal candidate, you will possess/have experience in the following: Proven design experience on civil structures, including rail or light rail bridges ; Tertiary qualifications in a relevant Engineering discipline; Proficiency in the use of structural analysis and design software; Proven background on small to medium sized infrastructure (road & rail) Advanced communication and relationship building abilities.
