Apprentice Welder Fabricator Based in Yackandandah and servicing the North East of Victoria and southern NSW, Yackandandah Engineering is offering a career opportunity to become a qualified Welder Fabricator, now have a open position for a first year Apprentice Welder Fabricator This is a fantastic career-start opportunity to become trade qualified. As an Apprentice, you will receive both on and off the job training working towards Certificate III Engineering Fabrication which will see you employed directly by Kestrel by up to 4 years The Role The successful candidate will be trained up in all aspects of Welding Fabrication including: Mig and Tig welding Angle grinding and cutting Reading diagrams plans and drawings Custom Manufacturing Requirements Drivers licence would be an advantage but not a requirement 100 % Commitment to complete a four year Apprenticeship Work individually and in a team environment Willing to work, listen and learn what trades people teach you Reliable, strong work ethic and honest Ability to follow all safety procedures and requirements Positive can do attitude Please note that relevant Apprentice award rates will apply.
