About the role What you'll be involved in: Identifying and resolving logical network infrastructure issues at customer sites Supporting various internal stakeholders such as, but not limited to Incident Management, Customer Engagement, Service Desk and senior Network and Facilities Engineers Communicating with customers, network engineers, vendors and third party support You'll need to have: Experience working with networking technologies : routing and switching, wireless, firewalls, Software Defined WAN (e.g. Meraki), Network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds Customer focus to deliver excellent customer service Excellent time management skills Ability to clearly communicate at all levels of the business and with third-party support vendors Be a positive and contributing member of a professional networking team Willing to be part of an after-hours on call roster If you don't match the experience above 100%, that’s ok Please still put your application through.
