Key Requirements: Mechanical Engineering Background: A preference for candidates with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Maintenance Tech Expertise: demonstrated proficiency in maintenance technician roles, particularly within manufacturing production settings. Basic Electrical Knowledge: Essential capability in troubleshooting basic electrical issues. Manufacturing Experience: Previous exposure to manufacturing production environments is essential, with preferred familiarity in filling lines and pneumatic systems. Facilities Maintenance: Ability to undertake facilities and building maintenance tasks competently. Safety Focus: Dedication to implementing safety enhancements and fostering a secure working environment. Equipment Maintenance: Proficiency in repairing and maintaining machinery and equipment. Test & Tagging: skilled in conducting tests and tagging procedures. Scale Calibration: Experience in performing scale quarterly calibrations. Welding Understanding: Beneficial familiarity with welding processes, occasional on-site welding may be required. Can-Do Attitude: Positive outlook with a proactive approach towards overcoming challenges and contributing to team success. Able to work Alone and be a problem solver Hours of Work: Flexible working hours ranging from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with options in-between.
