We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our growing Web & loyalty team to continue to build our future engineering capabilities. About the role As a Senior Engineering Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology and consumer facing products. You will lead and inspire multiple engineering teams, driving technical excellence, innovation, and the successful delivery of our cutting-edge solutions. About you and your skills Extensive engineering experience, including experience in a senior management role overseeing multiple product-focused engineering teams A proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering organizations A strong technical background with a comprehensive understanding of software development principles, architectures, and best practices Experience partnering with product management, design, and other stakeholders to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure that engineering efforts align with business objectives Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing long-term technical strategies that drive business growth.
