Rubix Solution is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer (Integration and Verification & Validation) Rubix Solution is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer (Integration and Verification & Validation) to join our leading defence client based in Adelaide. This role requires an experienced professional capable of planning and coordinating the integration of hardware, software, and other systems from various suppliers. Responsibilities: Effectively plan and coordinate the integration of diverse hardware, software, and systems. Assess existing systems to determine integration capabilities or replacement needs. Communicate with stakeholders to understand integration needs and create detailed test plans. Develop comprehensive documentation for implemented processes to ensure clarity and usability for others. Required Skills and Experience: Proficient in complex and versatile programming across different languages and hardware applications. Strong ability to interpret technical documentation related to software and hardware. Excellent communication skills to explain complex implementation processes to non-experts and organization members. Firm knowledge of the Defence industry and its specific needs. High-level written communication skills for producing technical documentation. Understanding of ICT system deployment and usage policies. Capacity to work with minimal supervision on complex projects with significant responsibility. At least five years of experience in information systems, hardware, and software integration within the Defence industry. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Defence industry. Minimum of NV1, preferably NV2 security clearance.
