Who are we looking for? Due to continued success and growth and an unprecedented backlog of work across the Contamination Assessment and Remediation (CAR) and Hydrogeology team in Brisbane, we are seeking applications from contaminated land professionals early in their career (i.e. between 3 - 6 years' experience, who are looking for a supportive work environment as part of a large team of industry professionals with diverse backgrounds and experience to learn from and help take your career to the next level. Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: Exciting projects and clients across government and private industry sectors, both small and large in scale. Involvement across all project stages, from client attraction/tender submissions through to project completion. A high level of engagement and support internally with our project delivery and technical specialists at local, national and international level, as well as external to the business. Technical development through our team-based technical mentoring scheme. Career pathway development through our formal mentoring program. What would you bring to the team? A bachelor's degree in engineering or science. 3 - 6 years' experience in contaminated land, including a diverse range of field work. Strong technical skills in contaminated land assessment and remediation. Experience managing small-mid sized projects with a degree of complexity will be viewed favourably. A passion for operating in a fast-paced environment, with a solutions-focused, "can-do" attitude. A strong team ethic, a proven commitment to the brand, your team and yourself.
