Opportunities could be based in either Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane Boasting the largest team of highly respected and experienced Explosive Ordnance (EO) acquisition personnel, our consultants work in close partnership with our clients and are embedded within a vibrant team, working on multi-million dollar projects that are at the cutting edge of innovation in Defence munitions and the creation of sovereign defence capability. We are looking to engage with Non-Guided Explosive Ordnance Engineering professionals of varying levels of seniority to join our team and provide non-guided weapons engineering services associated with areas such as energetic material qualification, weapons qualification, through life management of non-guided weapons, insensitive munitions, safety templates, and guidance and control systems. Typically, Non-Guided Explosive Ordnance Engineering professionals: Deliver non-guided explosive ordnance engineering services Conduct capability and concept development Undertake requirements analysis and development Undertake hazard identification, analysis and reporting Produce validation and verification plans, procedures and reports Conduct certification and support of non-guided weapons Review contract deliverables Provide services that are commensurate with relevant Australian and International Standards, regulation, and Defence requirements Knowledge, skills & experience: Specialist training in explosives ordnance Experience producing design documents and specialist engineering reports Non-guided explosive ordnance certification Experience producing contract documentation, plans and reports Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering field and with specialist training in guided weapons engineering Due to the nature of these roles, applicants must hold an Australian Defence security clearance.
