Key Responsibilities: Working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translating these into software requirements, and providing solutions that align with business goals. Developing and maintaining software applications that support logistics operations, including supply chain management systems, vehicle tracking systems, and warehouse management systems by Java/C#/Python/MySQL/HTML/CSS, etc. Providing technical guidance and leadership to junior software engineers and developers. Providing expert advice, guidance and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities and application software based on software testing plan to ensure project progress Designing system architectures, integrating various components of the software, and ensuring scalability and performance. Ensuring the quality of software products by implementing testing strategies, diagnosing, debugging, and troubleshooting any issues that arise, generating technical documentation to facilitate future code maintenance. Managing and analyzing data related to logistics operations, using this information to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Providing technical support to clients for any software-related issues, ensuring client satisfaction. Continuously evaluating and identifying the opportunity for improvements of software processes and products to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelor Degree or above qualified. Significant experience (typically 10 years) in software development. Proficiency in C#, Java, Python, MySQL, Oracle, HTML, CSS, Jenkins, Agile and DevOps practices, Azure or AWS, etc. Strong experience with client interaction, understanding business applications & systems requirements. And ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Strong, proven experience in applying common design patterns,such as factory pattern, singleton pattern, template pattern, proxy pattern, etc. Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
