2XM Recruit are currently working with an industry-leader within the Infrastructure & Utilities space who have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, client-facing Project Engineer to join their team. You will be joining an experienced group of professionals working on a range pipeline repair & construction projects across WA valued up to $5m. We are looking for candidates at Senior Project Engineer level or Project Managers who are at the early stages of their PM career with an essential requirement that demonstrates solid Civil contracting experience – preferably across Services/Utilities, Piping and/or Civil Earthworks Duties will include: Work closely with the on-site project team to ensure timely delivery of projects from a cost and time perspective Manage construction, planning & programming of pipeline installation projects Implement & manage project quality systems and ITPs Client & customer liaison representing your organisation in a professional & friendly manor Cost tracking, monthly progress claims & reporting Maintain and apply all relevant standards and polices Lead HSEQ and Quality Assurance requirements Requirements: A tertiary qualification in Civil or Mechanical Engineering desired Minimum 5 years experience with projects in the Infrastructure & Utilities space Minimum 2 years experience working for a Contractor in a similar role Proven commitment to safety including all site-based OHS policies and procedures Excellent written & verbal communication.
