About The Role Our Wireless and Special Coverage Solutions team within our Telecommunications sector have an amazing opportunity to join Ventia as our Defect Engineer. In this position you will assume a pivotal role, ensuring seamless execution of our wireless tower construction projects by overseeing the administrative facets of defect management. As the successful individual you will have meticulous attention to detail and effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders whiles coordinating technical rectification activities. This role will be key to our team in ensuring that we are meeting and exceeding our contractual requirements and obligations. We are flexible with location so you can be based from any of our main offices in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane and enjoy hybrid working arrangements with time in the office, work from home, and travelling to site. About You: Relevant Tertiary qualifications within Engineering/Construction discipline or similar. Proven experience within a similar role within the construction or telecommunications industry. Steadfast commitment to workplace health and safety initiatives and outcomes. Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent technical and analytical aptitude.
