The success of this contractor is reinforced by the quality and expertise of their staff, collaborative approach to business and their skill at providing flexible solutions to civil construction challenges. Our client works across SEQ on DTMR & Local Gov projects. The Role Ensure project Quality Assurance data is collected and reported in accord with the clients' requirements Work with the onsite project team to report and mitigate any quality performance issues Maintain and improve project quality knowledge and systems Coordinate the delivery of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and manage the rectification process of any non-conformances Engage with all stakeholders and build a strong quality culture Adhere to project contractual obligations and company policies/procedures About You You will hold tertiary qualifications in civil engineering or similar along with: 2 years experience working on civil construction projects in Australia Previous main road experience within Australia (DTMR, TfNSW, MRWA etc) is highly regarded Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills which enable you to assist in resolution of client and key stakeholders' concerns The Benefits A work environment where safety is always the number one priority A permanent position working for a well-regarded civil contractor Competitive base salary super uplifts Multidisciplinary contractor with a diverse range of projects Apply If you would like to express an interest in this opportunity, please click 'APPLY', or contact Gemma by emailing gemmaiepro.com.au All applications and conversations are held in total confidence.
