The Position As part of our Managed Services practice, you'll join our talented Systems Operations Team and bring your expertise and work with our project team to deliver projects and look after the day to day activities that provide support to AC3 and our customers for systems and applications, which includes incident response, tracking and reporting. Your key responsibilities will be: Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers Manage, maintain and improve the Wintel Systems & Apps services for AC3 and customer systems Provide input into the design and implementation of technical solutions and services for AC3 and its customers Implement and maintain the AC3 Windows based operating systems, hypervisors and application support process and the enforcement of related policies Compile weekly and monthly reports on managed Wintel Systems and Apps Strong emphasis on dealing with customers and service management of tickets etc for incidents, requests, problems and change management. Skills & experience Previous experience working as an SME for infrastructure and server management Previous experience working for a Managed Services Provider or IT Systems Integrator highly regarded Specialist in deploying, upgrading and supporting Microsoft Server, M365 suite, Exchange online, Azure AD, SharePoint, Dynamics, hypervisors, Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, EUC / Digital Workplace applications and services Experience in ITIL change management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders at different technical levels Industry certifications highly regarded.
