Your Role As NGA's Manager Systems Security Engineering, you will be providing security engineering and security policy leadership across the broad range of capabilities and products Northrop Grumman develops and supplies to its customers. This position is pivotal in designing and embedding security decisions into the entire engineering lifecycle and understanding the security context for operation of systems with missions and safety hazards. You will be providing technical stewardship and mentoring of a small team of security and cyberworthiness specialists and work closely with other engineering and technical staff from a wide range of disciplines to ensure that operational capabilities and systems are accredited, secured and cyberworthy. About You: You will be an accredited cyber, IT or related professional with 15 years' experience with cyber and information security of operational defence systems and associated capabilities. You will be able to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, and provide leadership, mentoring and motivation in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. There will be opportunity to provide well-respected specialist cyber and information security functional input and guidance to business and technical stakeholders. You will be analytical and evaluative with strong problem-solving skills.
