Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Site Engineer with extensive experience in invert design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of various infrastructure projects, ensuring all work meets industry standards and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Manage and supervise all stages of civil engineering projects, from initial planning and design to final execution and handover. Invert Design: Develop and review invert designs for drainage systems, culverts, and other infrastructure components, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with technical specifications. Site Supervision: Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, timelines, and safety protocols. Technical Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, providing innovative and cost-effective solutions to maintain project progress. Quality Assurance: Ensure all construction work complies with industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and successful delivery. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, technical drawings, and compliance records. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in invert design and civil site engineering. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and industry standards. Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
