Roles and Responsibilities: Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from staff regarding IT issues and queries. Receive, log, and manage calls from internal staff via telephone and email. Create and maintain clients' documentation up to date. Provide 1st and 2nd line support. Troubleshoot IT-related problems. Troubleshoot fundamental network issues. Log all calls in the internal ticketing system. Assist with complex IT projects. Provide excellent customer service and respond to requests in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with industry trends. Role Requirements: 2 years of experience in a similar support role. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently or in a team. Excellent customer service skills. Clean license and ability to obtain clean police clearance. Technical Requirements: Experience working with Microsoft Servers 2008-2022. Experience with M365, Exchange, and SharePoint. Experience with cloud technologies (Azure). Experience with AD and Azure AD. Experience troubleshooting networking issues. Experience with BDR tools (Veeam). Experience with VoIP systems (3CX). Experience with ticket systems (ConnectWise).
