This individual will lead the ANZ technical / market facing team, enabling and driving growth, and fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for the development of the Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS) business in ANZ. The ZRS business has been built on the foundation of our Core Risk Engineering (CRE) business, and is being evolved to deliver a consistent and differentiated value proposition by specialising through Global Verticals in: Cyber Resilience Services Climate Resilience Services Core Risk Engineering, with it’s own verticals in Property; Sustainable Energy; Casualty and Supply Chain You will be responsible for the following: Develop and execute the ZRS strategy in ANZ, aligning with regional direction as well as growth and revenue objectives of the Verticals. Focus on customer relationships & development, identifying strategies for existing customers and building new customer growth. Understand profit and loss (P&L) dynamics and leverage relevant levers for action Manage ANZ-based teams Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders in the broader Zurich organization. Building trust and synergy in ZRS’s business relationships with shared services from ZAIL / ZFSA (i.e., Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations) Be accountable for financial planning, including sub-contractor relationships Important to your success - let's grow together Experienced leader of people, with motivation skills Technical knowledge across a broad range of risk engineering and risk management consultancy Proven business development and negotiation skills Engineering or Risk Management qualifications Compelling presentation and communication ability Be able to demonstrate strong business management skills and financial accountability Belong.
