Lead and Manage our talented Network & Security Operations Team and bring your expertise to the table to improve services at AC3. Our Network & Security Operations Specialists Team is an incredibly talented team who provide network support to both AC3 and our customers. This team is critical in ensuring that operational network and security activities are managed to an exceptional level to minimize risk for both AC3 and our customers. As the leader of this team, you provide technical oversight, empower, coach and develop your team so they grow, and we do too. This role leads the team who manages the day to day network and security activities, including managing and reporting on incidents and problems. You’ll be working particularly closely with our customers (internal and external), and other Professional Services and Operational Services teams to provide value and an exceptional experience to AC3 customers. Responsibilities Taking away the worry, overhead and risk of running “IT” and technical resources so our customer can focus on their business Develop and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction as the team provides support to our customers Be a partner that truly understands our customers and always reliably delivers Make sure we are always delivering the service we have promised by achieving our prescribed SLA’s Develop a strong understanding of our customers and advocate for them internally, and act as an escalation point if/when needed Assist in maintaining Strategic Partner status and achieving agreed Competencies. Complete assigned Vendor / Partner Program and ISO/compliance tasks (such as audits, certifications, submissions, and surveys) to ensure AC3 remains compliant with strategic vendor Partner Programs and ISO standards. Become a “trusted advisor” within key customer accounts Essential Experience 3 years’ team lead experience, in addition to extensive experience in area of expertise - typically 7 years in all – with an MSP/Systems Integrator servicing small-to-large clients Proven experience in technology, people leadership & management Extensive experience developing & sustaining constructive relationships with customers, suppliers, & internal stakeholders Proven experience managing multiple tasks in a busy environment and demonstrating flexibility to handle pressure Demonstrated experience managing and leading people, including selecting, developing and coaching employees, linking individual performance and development objectives to team objectives, and addressing performance issues in a timely manner Demonstrated commitment to customer service, continuous improvement and ethical business practices, strategic and thoughtful “hands-on” leader with a “can-do” approach Key Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and peers across technical and non-technical, written and verbal communications; proven document and report writing skills; well-developed time management and planning skills Experience with Hypervisor stacks – VMware, Microsoft, Oracle Experience with systems and tools – ServiceNow, Nagios Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS & GCPWillingness to learn and grow Proven ability to innovate, adapt and work under pressure in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and firm deadlines • Ability to develop and implement systems, processes and procedures to enable effective utilisation of resources Self-motivated, proactive and confident Strong technical hands-on experience across a range Networking and Security technologies; including Cisco, HPE, Palo Alto Networks, Juniper, F5 What’s in it for you? up to $140,000 AUD base salary super 5% bonus Over time 5 weeks annual leave Scheduled Investment in certifications & Training.
