With offices in Northern Territory and Queensland, they deliver high quality engineering and project management support in urban and regional land, housing and civil infrastructure projects to private and public sector clients. About You You’ll take on project broad responsibilities and wider scopes of challenging work in a ‘direct’ work environment and bureaucracy-free zone. You’ll be involved with the design, technical support and project delivery whilst leading and mentoring your team. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Civil Engineer, you'll undertake detailed design, documentation and modelling of major and minor roadworks, local area traffic management, subdivisions, commercial developments & general civil engineering. Key Skills & Attributes With between 8-20 years engineering experience, ideally you’ll have; Degree in Civil Engineering (recognised by EA) Understanding of Austroads & relevant Australian Standards Some experience with 12D modelling Design exp in subdivisions, roads, drainage, hydraulics & earthworks Impeccable verbal, interpersonal & written communication skills Ability to manage designs & deliver work on time & budget Ability to mentor lead & manage junior engineers & designers Proven ability to engage & develop strong client relationships This is your opportunity to join a forward thinking companyand define your career growth personally and professionally.
