They're a leading manufacturer with 6 sites across the APAC region who have shown consistent growth, hence the expansion of their APAC IT team. This is an opportunity to take on full responsibility of a multi-site network with the scope to act as the lead technical resource on global projects including an SDWAN refresh. For the right candidate development opportunities into the global team will be on offer. Responsibilities Configure IP networks consisting of switches, routers, firewalls, and network monitoring devices Manage daily operations of IP networks Maintain corporate network infrastructure including IOS and Nexus Cisco switches, HP Switches, Cisco ISR Routers and Cisco ASA/ Firepower Firewall and other non Cisco networking equipment Act as an Implementor/Designer for network solutions in coordination with peer Network Engineers Install and cable network equipment in the local datacentre Use network tools to analyse firewall access policies for troubleshooting network performance and content filtering Establish efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement within the department Required Skills Team player with a passion for technology Experience in the design, procurement and implementation of network solutions Solid network troubleshooting skills, ideally Cisco but not essential Benefits Work in an APAC wide IT team, with progression into the global team Once settled, opportunity to work from home 2 days per week Work from a newly built office in Brisbane By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
