How will I help? An exciting Max Term opportunity is available for an Engineer, Contact Centre App Services to join Our Mob. This role will be responsible for supporting both Verint and Avaya requirements associated with project and BAU deliverables. Along with, providing intermediate knowledge and service support in relation to supporting critical contact centre platforms and application services. While the role sits within the Contact Centre Platforms team, exposure to contact centre platform technology is not essential. You can work flexibly while training to upskill on new tools and technologies. Your key responsibilities may include: Creation and Administration of Services for Onboarding of Resources (Verint, Avaya): This involves setting up and managing processes for integrating new resources into Verint and Avaya platforms, including account creation, configuration, and user training. Supplementary Activities to Support L3 Where They are Required to Lean into Project Activities Around Design and Planning: Providing advanced technical support to Level 3 teams during project design and planning phases ensures accurate implementation and smooth execution of complex projects. Incident, Problem, and Change Management Associated: This includes managing and resolving IT incidents, addressing underlying problems, and systematically implementing changes to maintain a stable and efficient IT environment. "Production Go-Live" Support: Offering critical support during the transition of services to the live production environment ensures smooth deployment and addresses any issues that arise during the initial launch. Continual Service Improvement: Regularly analysing and improving IT services ensures increased efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced user satisfaction by adapting to changing needs and technological advancements. Assisting in Continuous Improvement Practices and Outcomes to Improve and Evolve Service Offerings: Participating in initiatives to refine service offerings involves implementing new technologies, optimising workflows, and developing strategies to meet evolving business demands. Avaya implementation and administration - Proficient Incident, Change and Problem Management - Expert Attention to detail, delivery to required project timelines, while managing competing responsibilities - Expert ITIL Experience Preferred Automation experience an advantage Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
