The Role As a global organisation with Head Office in Melbourne there is a requirement for a Desktop Support Engineer to support sites in the UK. The plan is to hire you in Melbourne, train and induct you here for 6 months before relocating you to Bristol, England. Relocation costs and visas will be taken care of. You will provide L2 support to internal users mainly in Bristol but will also support other sites across the UK as required. More specific duties are highlighted below: Support and maintain the internal suite of products, primarily G-suite. Support and maintain cloud platforms Support on-prem infrastructure solutions across the compute, network and storage layers Assist Senior Engineers with project tasks. Your Profile You will have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver first class customer service. In addition, you will have strong troubleshooting capabilities.
