Ventia are seeking a Graduate Asset Engineer to join their team working across the Sydney Harbour Tunnel & Western Harbour Tunnel contracts. The successful applicant will be offered a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday based in North Sydney. The Graduate Asset Engineer will be responsible for the participation in the implementation of the Asset Management System including asset management strategies, asset data gathering, verification and analysis, maintenance, and inspection programs and more. What you'll be doing: Support the development, implementation, management and continuous improvement of the Asset Management strategies and plans. Ensure all Technical Maintenance Plans are updated to comply with changes to legislation. Undertake monthly audits for completed maintenance activities. Participate in quarterly closures of the tunnels to carry out various inspections. Prepare various reports/presentations including O&M Monthly reports, maintenance performance and KPI dashboard reports, asset condition and performance data. About You: Tertiary qualification in Engineering, either in final year of studies or recent graduate. Advanced IT and computer skills, particularly in MS Excel. Any work experience within the roads, tunnels and infrastructure sectors are highly regarded but not essential.
