Canberra, Allara Street 12 month Federal Government contract 12 month extension Must have an active NV2 security clearance Our Client, a large Federal Government Agency, is seeking up to two Server Engineers to join their team. The Server Engineer will undertake critical work associated with the support and maintenance of server infrastructure. The ageing infrastructure requires a refresh and provides the opportunity to use more automated deployments. Key duties include: Implement and support Microsoft Server solutions and designs; Implement and support virtualised server environments across a global network; Analyse and resolve complex enterprise system hardware and software problems. Skills / Experience: Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Microsoft Server versions up to and including Server 2022 in an enterprise environment; Experience with virtualisation technologies including both VMWare and Nutanix technologies, design, build, operating and troubleshooting; The ability to translate technical information to those with a non-technical background.
