PERMANENT Opportunity Hybrid working arrangement ( 2 days a week on-site in Melbourne CBD) Remuneration Package: $130K per annum JOB OVERVIEW This position provides an exciting opportunity to manage Citrix environments by maintaining, monitoring, and reporting on the Citrix infrastructure, virtual applications, and desktops. Key responsibilities include managing PVS, Storefront, and NetScaler Gateways. The chosen candidate will frequently interact with business unit staff and the entire IT team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace. ABOUT YOU A tertiary qualification in IT or equivalent work experience, along with Citrix certifications. Exceptional communication and customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and keen attention to detail. 3-5 years of experience in a similar Citrix operational support role. Deep understanding of Citrix technologies, including NetScaler, XenApp, XenDesktop, and Citrix Cloud. Experience with Active Directory, OS technologies, and Group Policy Management. Knowledge of VMware vCenter Virtualisation and application layering and packaging. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Troubleshooting to identify and quickly resolve root causes of issues. Packaging and deploying business applications within the Citrix XenDesktop environment. Monitoring Citrix environments to detect and address potential issues proactively. Managing the Core Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policies, Citrix Policies, Citrix StoreFront, Client Plugins, and Receiver. Ensuring the Citrix environment remains secure and accessible. Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to the Citrix environments. Providing technical support to end-users for Citrix-related issues.
