Roles and Responsibilities: Resolve complex IT issues that require advanced troubleshooting and expertise. Lead and participate in IT projects, ensuring timely and successful completion. Act as the primary escalation point for L1 and L2 support teams, providing guidance and solutions for difficult problems. Manage and mentor junior IT support staff, fostering their growth and development within the organization. Ensure the stability, performance, and security of IT systems through regular maintenance and updates. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and solutions. Role Requirements: Extensive experience in IT support, with a focus on handling L3 issues. Proven ability to manage and execute IT projects. Deep understanding of various IT systems, networks, and software. Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and managing junior staff. Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL) are highly desirable. Technical Requirements: Windows Server. VMware, Hyper-V. Cisco routers and switches. Fortinet firewalls. VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP. Microsoft Azure. Veeam, Symantec, Azure Backup Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, SharePoint. Antivirus software, SIEM solutions.
