Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. Provide systems support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Take ownership of small projects, from planning to implementation and completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT services. Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and patches. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation. Role Requirements: 5 years of experience in a similar role. engineering role. CCNA certification or higher. Proven experience in systems and network maintenance and support. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage and complete small projects independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Technical Requirements: Cisco networking equipment (routers, switches). Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
