Oversee the delivery of civil infrastructure projects for a council in Melbourne's South Eastern Suburbs. Aspect Personnel are currently working with a council in Melbourne's South Eastern Suburbs to recruit a Project Engineer. This is a band 6 level role where you will have the opportunity to oversee the design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects. This will be an initial 3 month contract with the possibility of extension. You will be responsible for: Managing the coordination, planning design of road & drainage projects. Managing design consultants and reviewing designs. Site supervision, inspections and managing contractors. Liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Preparing reports As the ideal candidate you will have: A degree in Civil Engineering and a valid white card Previous experience successfully designing and/or managing civil infrastructure projects, ideally within or for Local Government A solid understanding of Local Government policies and procedures Outstanding written and verbal communication skills A current driver's license You can apply by using the link below.
