Sofico is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to set the direction, motivate team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. In this role, you will guide your team to align with our regional and global goals, enhance individual skills, and encourage creative collaboration. Your responsibilities will include recruitment and onboarding of new team members, along with managing and coaching existing staff.
