Customer Solution Engineer Permanent based in Sydney About the job Our client is an Australian cloud security SaaS startup based out of Sydney & backed by global venture funding. What You'll Do Providing product support to prospects, customers, and partners Mapping technical and business value to align with key business goals Able to deliver proof of concept that can be used to establish viability, address technical issues, demonstrate alignment with discovered client needs, and advance the sales process Support in-region marketing campaigns and partner events as the field technical expert Develop long-term, trusting relationships with customers & partners Deliver customer-centric value based presentations and solution demonstrations Support technical content production focused on the platform Anticipate and address technical objections in the sales cycle and Contribute directly to attaining or exceeding quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management. Required What they are looking for Strong understanding and knowledge of cloud services, concepts & in particular AWS (Azure and GCP are nice to haves) Demonstrated ability to solve for improved business processes and work through complex technical problems Capable of interacting with, building relationships with & influencing C-level decision makers and technical users on AWS Strong verbal and written communication skills, needs analysis, framing, business justification, project execution, and learning on the fly Exposure to security software solutions, tools & in particular, Cloud-Native Application Protection Platforms (CNAPP) Willingness to work with minimal direction as part of a team to solve technical and business challenges and Exposure to security software solutions 3 days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday) for Sydney based employees For the complete Job Description, apply online by clicking on the appropriate link.
