As the Lead Aircraft Structural Integrity (ASI) Engineer, you will be responsible for the establishment, execution, and coordination of a complete solution to address airworthiness concerns and engineering issues affecting structural integrity of the fleet. You will also be responsible for leading and coordinating multi-site, multi-disciplinary projects whilst maintaining plans, procedures, and capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain ASI plans, policies, and procedures. Manage ASI priorities and tasking, conducting planning to identify and prioritise tasks and resources. Coordinate ASI activities and projects across multi-site, multi-disciplinary, and multi-organisational teams. Maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders (CoA, DASA, OEM, SMEs). Provide educational resources and training to ensure awareness of evolving ASI requirements. Chair and coordinate ASI conferences and working groups. Review and approve engineering artifacts within the scope of delegated Engineering Authorization. Develop necessary engineering artifacts. Experience Required: Proven experience in managing aircraft structural integrity programs or similar roles. Strong understanding of ASI plans, policies, and procedures. Experience with multi-disciplinary team coordination and project management. Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain professional relationships with stakeholders. Expertise in providing educational resources and training on ASI requirements. Ability to review, approve, and develop engineering artifacts.
