A leading retail organisation is looking to add an experienced Platform Manager specialising in Integration Engineering to their Technology team. The ideal candidate will come from a technical background ideally exposed to Azure, with extensive experience in integration and CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of 26 people, including Lead Engineers, Engineering Managers, Principals, Iteration Managers, and Site Reliability Managers. Drive efficiency and remove blockers that hinder delivery. Engage with business stakeholders and lead people effectively. Take teams on a journey and effectively communicate and "sell" ideas to them. The ideal candidate is someone from a technical background who has transitioned into delivery. A solid integration background is key and experience managing Data Hubs is a bonus Salary Package - Between $220k-$260k Bonus WFH - Flexible working arrangement (1-2 days in the office per week).
