They seek a talented Technical and Applications Manager. This prestigious organisation is offering an excellent salary to attract the ideal candidate. Your role will be part of a team that integrates technology and engineering. You will be responsible for customer Pre-Sales support, which includes application and technical support, sales team support, preparation of technical specifications, after-sales support, onsite client visits, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair center management. You will Provide technical support to customers and the sales team, including presentations, demos, training, technical clarification of specifications and scope of supply, product selection, configuration, drawings & diagram creation, cost calculation, parameter setting, commissioning, programming, and site testing. You will also communicate with internal technical experts, including higher-level engineers. At times, you will do site visits to investigate technical problems. You will offer service support, including on-site supervision for installation, commissioning, testing, training, and site services. You will support any warranty needs. You will follow up on after-sales cases with service engineers to ensure customer satisfaction. TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS: Engineering or similar qualification A strong background in the Drvies and Automation Industry Experienced Sales Professional Ability to handle Sales and customer support Ability to account manage and business develop.
