Overview The Senior Platform Integration Expert will be responsible for: managing and maintaining specific ICT platforms, including technical landscape design, installation, configuration, deployment, technical security and operation of ICT components and databases. Making use of their in-depth knowledge and expertise of specific ICT platforms to provide expert advice on the management and maintenance of those platforms. working closely with key third party suppliers/vendors to ensure the provision of a robust infrastructure capability to the business and application teams. liaising with architecture and shared services areas to ensure the security of the day to-day technical operations. Responsibilities: · Collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes. · Negotiate, engage, and manage relationships with other agencies and service providers to build service delivery capability. · Design, installation and operation of the ICT system instance landscape, client, and transport processes. · Provide broad technical support for project build, test, and solution deployment activities. · Proactively share knowledge and expertise as the subject matter expert and assist and mentor less experienced colleagues. · Support and undertake the regular maintenance of patches and support packages for all technical layers. · Prepare a range of technical documentations and reports. review and advise on a range of infrastructure solutions including technical design documentation, implementation plans, test plans and support procedures. · Responsible for the delivery of optimal solutions that aligns with the current infrastructure and technology platforms. · Resolve sensitive and/or escalated customer and stakeholder issues that adversely impact on policy, performance and/or customer service, including disaster/emergency situations. · Primary Knowledge/Skills/Systems/Tools required for role includes- Data Power – API Connect
