You will work on a diverse scope of projects including residential and commercial subdivisions, and civil infrastructure including roads and bridges. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to take the lead on your projects, with strong support from our Senior Leaders and experienced team members. key responsibilities will be: Conduct daily site inspections and oversee onsite teams and plant, including subcontractors Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources Cost tracking and reporting to Project Manager Quality Assurance documentation Contract Administration, including NODs/EOTs, notices, reporting, claims About you Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Minimum 2-3 years experience in Civil Construction, previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded Demonstrated experience leading a team Strong problem solving skills Ability to establish strong working relationships Why work with Shadforth?
