Seeking ILS engineers, ILS analysts, ILS consultants, ILS managers and technical authors. Our clients are seeking experienced ILS professionals adept at managing complex military systems. Given current workforce shortages and the specialised nature of these roles, we are seeking contract ILS professionals to fill contract vacancies starting in August and September 2024. Currently, we have openings for an ILS Practitioners/Engineers, Managers and Technical Authors to assist with large Acquisition and Sustainment projects in VIC and SA. These live roles are initially for 6-12 months with potential for further extensions. ILS Engineers/Practitioners: Minimum 5 years of industry experience in logistics management of complex military systems and equipment Experience with ILS principles including FMECA, LORA and LSA. Strong skills in technical documentation and report writing (e.g. ILS plans) Familiarity with ASDEFCON contracts Must have an Australian Government security clearance at NV1. Technical Authors: Minimum 5 years Technical Writing within a Defence based environment. Understanding of ILS processes, those used in Navy, Army and Airforce requirements Demonstrated knowledge of Defence writing standards Experience in the development and production of Technical Manuals (S1000D Interactive Electronic Technical Publications) preferred Must have an Australian Government security clearance at Baseline or higher Please note: Candidates from South Australia will also be considered.
