We are seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to join our growing R&D Delivery group. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, guiding top-tier e-commerce brands through their integration process. Description Serve as the technical focal point for integrating clients and defining e-commerce platform capabilities and requirements. Own the implementation cycle, ensuring deadlines are met for both external clients and internal teams. Provide ongoing education and technical assistance to partners and integrating clients. Lead troubleshooting efforts until problems are resolved. Collaborate closely with the development team to implement new features and customer-specific requirements. Support Customer Success and Tech Support teams with live brands. Profile 2-4 years of experience in IT Operations or Technical Pre/Post Sales with direct client interaction in a web-based environment. Strong understanding of HTML/CSS. Experience with relational and non-relational databases is preferred. Proficiency in working with APIs and troubleshooting JSON payloads. Familiarity with debugging tools and log analysis. Good understanding of HTTP and web-based technologies. Knowledge of SQL. Preferred knowledge in JavaScript and PHP/.NET. Strong communication skills in Japanese and English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
