Description End user computing technical support, troubleshooting, administration, deployment, packaging, and management in a Microsoft desktop environment. Experience implementing ASD Essential 8 controls. Commvault data backup technical support, administration, and implementation. Key technologies this role will focus on: Intune, SCCM, M365 Security & Compliance tools. Profile Excellent verbal and written communication skills. IT Degree qualified or comparable experience and/or industry certifications.
